Yes! We offer tons of services to select organizations on a case-by-case basis. These services include shooting video, video editing, design services not listed, and even social media management. We don’t talk much about our work in these areas because we are trying to focus our brand a bit. But, if you have a need for any service not listed here please contact us. 

We do not promise a specific number of views, subs, etc… However, we do promise growth over time. 

That being said. YouTube is not magic. Every channel has expectations predetermined by its niche, resources, and many other factors. We can carve out a direction, mentor, and give the tools to succeed, but the responsibility is on the channel to implement feedback and commit to steady improvements over time. 

Generally no. 

Most of the services or products we offer are valuable information or digital product/services. It is not practical to refund these kinds of offerings because once it is given it cannot be undone.

However, we constantly evaluate our own performance while working on a client channel. On a case-by-case basis, if we deem the results unsatisfactory we may reach an agreement with the channel for our contribution not being sufficient enough to satisfy our internal metrics.
