Yes! We have a diverse skillset that includes services we don’t advertise, like for example, videography, graphic design, etc… But we only offer those on a case by case basis so if you have an unusual question then feel free to contact us.
We do not promise a specific number of views, subs, etc… However, we do promise growth over time.
That being said. YouTube is not magic. Every channel has expectations predetermined by its niche, resources, and many other factors. We can carve out a direction, mentor, and give the tools to succeed, but the responsibility is on the channel to implement feedback and commit to steady improvements over time.
Generally no.
Most of the services or products we offer are valuable information or digital product/services. It is not practical to refund these kinds of offerings because once it is given it cannot be undone.
However, we constantly evaluate our own performance while working on a client channel. On a case by case basis, if we felt like we failed in delivering for our client then we may reach an agreement with the channel for a better solution that meets their needs.
